Long Island has an incredible growing season and we are fortunate to be able to grow a large variety of vegetables with relative ease. Here are some of our most successful crops:
Spinach

Carrots and Beats (root vegetables, full of nutrition and reliable through the season)
Bell Peppers
Hot Peppers...really hot...
White Eggplant
Cucumbers of all kinds. Suyo-longs are among our favorites.
And, of course, tomatoes. Here's a basket of heirloom brandywines ... perfect for summer salads.
